We believe Latinos deserve to feel influential and powerful in the United States. And, the current moment requires big, bold ideas to transform how we think about Latino political power.

Moonshots are creating long-term, durable political and cultural change in Latino communities supported by data and research. We are building the foundation for a stronger Latino electorate under four pillars: democracy, media, culture and talent. Our work spans from cultural mobilization to electoral organizing to digital innovation to create the conditions Latinos need to feel our power and influence.

Latinos are some of the most voracious consumers of content across traditional and digital platforms. Our Media Moonshots are providing Latinos with research-based information and messengers that reflect their own stories and backgrounds and empowers them to make decisions about their own lives.

Now more than ever, our community needs a seat at the table across sectors and at the highest-levels of power. Our Talent Moonshots are developing a pipeline and network to ensure Latinos are represented. We support our network of leaders with professional development and opportunities to engage with one another and that we have voice and power to influence the decisions that impact our communities.
